Return And Exchange

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition—unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, clearance items, and products marked as non-returnable at checkout.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cc@craftcentres.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return in your request.

Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition—unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at cc@craftcentres.com to obtain an RMA number. Specify the item you wish to exchange and the replacement item you would like to receive.

  • Shipping for Exchanges: We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges if the exchange is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the cost of shipping the replacement item will be covered by us.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cc@craftcentres.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Inspection and Resolution: All damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. We will review the information provided and respond with instructions for resolving the issue.

Refunds and Processing Times

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
